Wendell brings nearly three decades of experience building transformative SaaS platforms and scaling technology businesses. As founder of Reveal, he built an advanced AI ecosystem in legal technology, led strategic acquisitions and helped reshape the eDiscovery market. At FranConnect, he works with the executive team to accelerate AI innovation, scalable technology and long-term growth for franchise and multi-location brands.

Charlie aligns FranConnect’s financial strategy with operational execution, combining fiscal discipline with scalable growth and innovation. His background spans investment banking, private equity and technology leadership. Before FranConnect, he served as CFO of ION Analytics, leading global financial operations for a data and software business serving capital markets.

Ayron leads FranConnect’s global go-to-market and revenue organization, including new customer acquisition, customer expansion, new-market development, pre-sales consulting and revenue operations. He brings more than 15 years of enterprise software and SaaS leadership experience and has helped scale technology businesses from early growth through hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Andrew is responsible for product architecture, development and deployment at FranConnect. He has more than 30 years of experience leading global teams that deliver highly scalable SaaS solutions across telecom, media and payments. Before FranConnect, he served as CTO at Arterra Mobility and held leadership positions at Synchronoss and Neustar.

Mark shapes FranConnect’s product vision and strategic roadmap with a focus on measurable customer impact, market needs and product excellence. He brings more than two decades of product leadership experience, including his most recent role at Restaurant365, and is known for turning customer insight into scalable product strategy.

Adam leads FranConnect’s customer success, professional services and support teams, with a focus on maximizing customer value and long-term growth. He brings more than 30 years of B2B SaaS experience across customer, product, operations and sales leadership, including executive roles at CallMiner and Cresta.

Lorena leads FranConnect’s end-to-end marketing function, including growth, account-based marketing, demand generation, market analysis, customer segmentation, digital marketing and brand stewardship. Her previous leadership experience includes technology companies such as Level Access, Hobsons, Vonage and iCore Networks.

Stephanie oversees global people operations across FranConnect’s international workforce, including the US, Canada, India, Australia and Colombia. She has led the development of employee programs focused on engagement, efficiency and building a strong foundation for attracting and retaining talent.

Ali serves as a strategic partner to FranConnect leadership, coordinating high-impact initiatives across departments, strengthening organizational alignment and translating strategy into executable plans. She brings more than five years of franchising experience, including work with hundreds of franchisors and leadership of high-performing sales teams and strategic programs.
