Founder and Chairman of Reveal and legal-tech entrepreneur joins FranConnect to accelerate franchise and multi-location industry growth through AI innovation.
HERNDON, Va. — December 3, 2025 — FranConnect, a provider of AI-powered sales, operations, and marketing solutions for franchise and multi-location businesses, announced the appointment of Wendell Jisa as Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Jisa brought extensive experience scaling private-equity-backed technology companies globally. In the role, he was expected to work closely with FranConnect’s executive leadership team to accelerate development of scalable AI solutions for franchise and multi-location brands.

Jisa brought nearly three decades of experience building SaaS platforms and driving innovation in regulated industries. As founder of Reveal, he helped build an AI-focused legal-technology platform and led strategic acquisitions and product development across the eDiscovery market.
His recognition included the 2025 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Midwest Award and the 2024 ALM Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Lifetime Achievement Award.
