FranConnect is committed to providing accessible digital experiences for people of all abilities. We are actively working to improve our websites and digital experiences in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our Approach
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we evaluate and improve FranConnect digital experiences. We consider accessibility in website design, content, navigation, forms, interactive components, and the technologies used to deliver our online services.
Accessibility Standard
Our current technical accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use this standard to guide accessibility testing and remediation across FranConnect-controlled website experiences.
Testing and Continuous Improvement
FranConnect uses a combination of automated evaluation, source review, and manual testing of rendered experiences. This includes reviewing keyboard navigation, focus behavior, text contrast, form labeling, page structure, responsive reflow, accessible names, and other applicable accessibility requirements.
Because websites, content, browsers, assistive technologies, and third-party services continue to evolve, accessibility is an ongoing process. We review identified issues and make improvements as appropriate.
Third-Party Content and Services
Some FranConnect digital experiences include third-party technologies, such as embedded forms, scheduling tools, video players, interactive demonstrations, consent-management tools, and other services. Some aspects of the accessibility of these experiences are controlled by their respective providers. FranConnect evaluates these integrations and works to address issues within our control while communicating identified concerns to providers when appropriate.
