Accessibility at FranConnect
FranConnect is committed to providing accessible digital experiences for people of all abilities. We are actively working to improve our websites and digital experiences in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

Our Approach
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we evaluate and improve FranConnect digital experiences. We consider accessibility in website design, content, navigation, forms, interactive components, and the technologies used to deliver our online services.
Accessibility Standard
Our current technical accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use this standard to guide accessibility testing and remediation across FranConnect-controlled website experiences.
Testing and Continuous Improvement
FranConnect uses a combination of automated evaluation, source review, and manual testing of rendered experiences. This includes reviewing keyboard navigation, focus behavior, text contrast, form labeling, page structure, responsive reflow, accessible names, and other applicable accessibility requirements.
Because websites, content, browsers, assistive technologies, and third-party services continue to evolve, accessibility is an ongoing process. We review identified issues and make improvements as appropriate.
Current Accessibility Status
As of September 26, 2026, FranConnect has completed a focused remediation and regression-testing program across representative FranConnect-controlled website experiences. Within the tested scope, we are not aware of any remaining reproducible WCAG 2.2 Level A or Level AA failures in FranConnect-controlled code.
Some accessibility limitations remain in third-party components used on the site, including certain consent-management and interactive-demo experiences. Those issues have been documented and escalated to the applicable providers. Additional controlled validation of responsive/mobile and browser-zoom states also remains part of our ongoing accessibility verification program.
For these reasons, FranConnect is not currently making an unqualified claim that every page and third-party component fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Third-Party Content and Services
Some FranConnect digital experiences include third-party technologies, such as embedded forms, scheduling tools, video players, interactive demonstrations, consent-management tools, and other services. Some aspects of the accessibility of these experiences are controlled by their respective providers. FranConnect evaluates these integrations, remediates issues within our control, and communicates confirmed accessibility concerns to third-party providers when appropriate.
At the time of this statement, known vendor-controlled issues remain in certain cookie-consent focus behavior and interactive-demo rating controls. These issues are being tracked separately from FranConnect-controlled website remediation.
