FranConnect CEO Gabby Wong was announced as a speaker at BIG RYG 2022, ChurnZero’s Customer Success leadership summit.

ChurnZero released the speaker lineup and agenda for BIG RYG 2022, held in Washington, D.C. on October 12–13, 2022. RYG stands for “red, yellow, green,” common indicators of customer health.

The two-day in-person event brought together Customer Success leaders to share ideas on team effectiveness, customer satisfaction, retention, and business performance.
