FranConnect was recognized with the 2023 CARE Award from Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS), honoring organizations that demonstrate strong workplace culture, employee engagement, community involvement, and support for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The CARE Awards recognize companies that help make the Northern Virginia region a better place to live, work, and play. FranConnect had been honored previously, and the 2023 recognition reinforced the company’s focus on employee well-being and community engagement.
FranConnect Cares in the Community
Through the FranConnect Cares corporate program, employees participated in volunteer and charitable initiatives across the local community.
One effort supported the Clock Tower Thrift Store, where employees helped refresh and improve the store. The team also participated in community-service activities including preparing and serving meals and supporting education-focused charitable efforts.
The original post included a CARE Award badge and six community-service photographs hosted on external HubSpot assets rather than in staging Media. Those dependencies have been removed while the award announcement and community-service story remain intact.
Recognition for the Entire Team
The 2023 CARE Award recognized the employees who contributed to FranConnect’s workplace culture and community-service efforts throughout the year.
The award reception was scheduled for November 15, 2023 at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner/Innovation Gallery.
