According to the Brandon Hall Group\u2019s HCM Outlook\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.brandonhall.com\/blogs\/brandon-hall-group-research-published-june-5-june-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Survey<\/a>, eLearning could reduce employee training time by as much as 40-60%.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon recognized this new era of employee training and took the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrm.org\/resourcesandtools\/hr-topics\/organizational-and-employee-development\/pages\/amazon-commits-to-investing-millions-in-training.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">action<\/a>\u00a0required to seize today\u2019s labor market, investing millions towards employee training.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrm.org\/hr-today\/trends-and-forecasting\/research-and-surveys\/Documents\/SHRM%20Employee%20Training%20SlideDoc.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">This report<\/a>\u00a0shows that 67% of employers surveyed in 2019 offer educational assistance to some or all of their employees, indicating America\u2019s commitment to a more productive, happier workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Employee development programs are the best way to tap into current employee potential. I.e.: interpret, identify, classify, and explain.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd5f13;\"><strong>Applying<\/strong>:<\/span> Where the learners can make the transition from theory to practice i.e.: organize, plan, implement, execute, and solve.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd5f13;\"><strong>Analyzing<\/strong>: <\/span>Where the learners can effortlessly break down gained knowledge into smaller components and identify each differing relationship in the information i.e.: categorize, classify, simplify, list, distinguish, and compare.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd5f13;\"><strong>Evaluating<\/strong>: <\/span>Where learners are able to exercise judgment and form decisions based on the knowledge acquired i.e.: choose, compare, measure, determine, disprove, prioritize, and interpret.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #dd5f13;\"><strong>Creating<\/strong>:<\/span> Where learners become independent enough to create something new using the newly acquired knowledge i.e.: develop, design, improve, adapt, solve, modify, and perform.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 24px;\">Involving the Employees in the Whole Process<\/h4>\n<p>The drive behind setting goals is to\u00a0help employees improve organically.
